- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates based strongly on personal coverage amounts, recent insurance claims histories, and recent driving histories. Other factors play small parts in the rating process as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is providing you with quality coverage at a fair price. I help my clients by providing the expert advice needed to make informed insurance decisions. I work personally with my clients to recommend coverage levels and options customized for each life-stage
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Central Arizona College with a degree in American History and Business. Extensive insurance training from Nylic University and Liberty University.
