- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
~~Client sends me the parameters of the home they are looking for ~~I do a custom search in the Multiple Listing Service for homes ~~We visit homes (the fun part) ~~I negotiate the contract and it's terms ~~I oversee the process including contract, addendums, inspections, appraisal, signing ~~Buyer or Seller has a Big Smile on their face
