At 7:30 in the morning I got a call from my tenant that the garage door was broken and her car was stuck in the garage, that she could not get to work. I immediately called Phoenician Garage Door and Repair and my call was answered by a real person. I explained my dilemma to "Joey" and he said, "No problem, I am about an hour away". I texted him the tenants Phone number, called the tenant to let her know someone would be out soon. About 10 minutes later I got a call back from Joey stating that he had made contact and was en route.
After arriving, Joey got the door opened which allowed the tenant to get to work. About an hour after that, Joey called and said that I was all set, I had a broken spring.
This was such a great customer service experience from start to finish, efficient, and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Phoenician and will never use my old company again.
