- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair we charge per pane of glass. Included in our price are the screens tracks frames and seals. We do not charge extra to remove hard water or paint it's all apart of our process of providing the best quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer. We typically will show up on site to your home or business and give you a free estimate. If the estimate is it good we can either do the service that day or schedule another day to have it done
