- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first time I work with a customer, I ask for a deposit upfront to retain my services, with the balance of the agreed-upon project fee due net 14 days from the submission of the final deliverable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start any project with a quick project kickoff phone call. I like to make personal contact with a new customer so that I can get an idea as to his or her work style, expectations, and the scope of the project at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I specialize in the creation, design, layout, formatting, animation, media implementation, and overall enhancement of "slide content," a wide-spanning umbrella covering a surprising volume of potential projects, many of which I've worked on.
