Libby has been so focused on finding us exactly what we are looking for. She is always friendly and in a good mood. She understood when we did not qualify for a loan and helped us with that. Even though we need to wait a little more to increase credit, etc...she has still been so great sending us what is still available and dropping/increasing in price in the areas where we are looking.
