- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a family owned and operated business. Not a franchise, which allows us to be very affordable. Our pricing is for the highest standard and quality in the Open Photo Booth business. We also use the latest technology in the photo booth industry which sets us apart from most photo booth competitors!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Selfie Fiesta goes through a list of detailed questions to fully understand the location where the event will take place and how the equipment will display in the location. In addition, we ask the client various questions to get a good idea as to color scheme, theme, fonts, etc to perform at the highest level and to make the important event as special and perfect as possible. Understanding all the details will allow guests at the event to flow smoothly through the Open Photo Booth and will allow us to maximize our state of the art equipment throughout the evening. Our objective is to keep the smiles and photos flowing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Selfie Fiesta team have been trained in Southern California with one of the premier photo booth companies in the region, Selfie Factory. In addition, Selfie Fiesta performed many events throughout the Texas market for the past several years. We are experts all the way from large corporate events to small birthday parties. We treat every event as if it were the most important event we will ever complete. We leave nothing to chance, we engage in every event with our expertise and give it that special touch!
