- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically priced at an hourly rate that is firm yet fair with possible negotiation depending on event, service and hours required/requested. If overnight or extended hours of service are required it is possible to receive a project quote. All agreed upon fees for short shifts and agreed services are due and payable upon end of shift or end of scheduled hours. No exceptions. All agreed upon fees for extensive/lengthy shifts/projects or overnight projects may require a deposit upon arrival, depending upon services requested, expected and agreed upon. No exceptions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Standard process with working with new clients are: 1. First contact/communication to establish type of event and services requested. All expectations presented upfront. 2. Quote and agreed payment/fees established along with date, time and location provided. 3. Arrive at established date, time, location as provided, in writing, by client/customer and services are provided. All work is completed and services provided. 4. At end of event/project payment is due. 5. Feedback and service reviews are kindly requested so as to help me improve my service provided and to assist me in building my customer/client base.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated and previously a working professional in the Real Estate industry: Real Estate: law, title insurance, escrow. Having worked alongside industry professionals, attorney's, lenders, government agencies and other industry professionals have helped me hone my professionalism and customer service skills. Also currently work part-part time for a local caterer, serving their clients/customers and gaining further experience and establishing a reputation for my skills and abilities.
