- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary. There are so many variables within an assembly service, it is difficult to set flat prices. Each quote is guaranteed, except for in the event of omission of information from the customer making the job more time consuming than originally planned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is the same for new and existing customers. I get as much information about the job as possible to give an accurate quote. The date, time, and any charges are agreed upon. The next step is for me to show up on time and then assemble product to your liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of on the job training in residential and retail settings.
