Honesty and integrity are still alive and well with CPR&R. Chad stayed actively involved and helped with design ideas as well. I really like the fact that he will do a small project, but is totally the guy to go to for large remodel or new build. It is really a great feeling to have someone trustworthy to call, especially as a single woman. I won’t call anyone else !

I am exceedingly happy with my remodel and room addition done by CPR&R. The owner of the company, Chad Preece, does outstanding work and has a great attention to detail. I liked how he was very easy to get a hold of especially if I had any questions and would accompany me to pick out floor coverings, bathroom fixtures, lighting and paint. Chad also was very conscientious about saving money and keeping costs down. I felt very comfortable having him and his employees working in my house while i was home or while I was out of town. I would highly recommend CPR&R for remodeling and room addition work.

I've really been pleased with all the jobs Chad has done for me. From small tasks to building a huge patio on the back of my home, Chad can do almost anything. He has stuck reliably with each job, and is willing to go an extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Thanks, Chad!
