- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by different factors. Ingredients, meats, prepping time, amount of hands involved to make any event possible, distance, set up, and clean up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally ask for an approximate headcount. That way we can determine how much food is needed for the event. By knowing this the customer can have an idea whether he/she is not short nor over budget. We also work with special requests and ask if guests are Gluten free, or if they have allergic reactions to foods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking since I was 8 yrs old. I grew up watching my grandma and my mom cook authentic Mexican cuisine. I learned from the best! What can I say, it runs in the family!
