FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work hard for my commission, you will most certainly see the value that I provide. I am a marketer so I will do more to Market your home and insure a quick sale then the average person who just sticks a sign in your yard. I negotiate hard for my clients so that we receive as much as possible for the sale of your home. As usual, to buy a home there is no cost, the seller of the home pays the commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my clients and I sit down and talk a little bit about what they are looking for, what time frame they are looking to complete a transaction in and get to know a little bit about their likes and dislikes. Then we typically will discuss finances, to ensure that the client is ready willing and able to purchase a home. Then our next step is to start looking at homes. If you are listing a home with me, my first step is to come and take a look at your home, discuss time frame and goals. I also like to do a thorough review of your property to provide my expert opinions on what will make your house sell quickly and for the most amount of money possible. Of my clients who have followed my advice, I have sold for above listing price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 14 years in the financial industry, eight of those involving residential financing Solutions, I've had a very large amount of training that applies to real estate, as well as the state-required realtor training and additional continuing education and supplemental training.
