- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will be higher than most. I bring the whole package! Everything from great energy, professional equipment, amazing deliverables, and a lasting relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally, I love to talk with them over the phone or meet face to face before the project starts. This just gives me a better chance to get to know them. I will always to a quality job and over deliver, but knowing them a little allows me the ability to knock it out of the park.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a few teachers who have given me great advice, but everything I have produced has been self taught.
