Introduction: Hello my name is Claudio. I love to help people in my local community to live in a happier home. My slogan is "There is nothing on your property we can't repair or improve". Me and my workers are polite, friendly and respectful. I'm am expert technician and have great rates. I work for general contracting company as a project formam and I run this private contracting company on the side. My small size keeps my cost and your price low. I can also pull staff if your project needs more manpower to finish fast. I use to be the Maintenance Director for a property management company, basically I was a general contractor for the company. I oversaw the renovation of 9 buildings with about 400 units. Im also a subcontractor so can provide licensing for an additional fee. If you need a repair, I won't just fix it. I will educate u on the cause of the problem and how to prevent it form happening again. I have about 8 years of experience in construction and maintenance. No matter how small or large the job. from renovations and remodeling to TV mounting and building IKEA furniture. We are happy to help. My favorite part of the job by far is watching people's face light up when they see the end product. I love doing my job because it makes people happy and that gives me great satisfaction.
