FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually go on homewyse or other Home Improvement websites to find the average cost for any specific job. I usually charge 30% below the avarage price because im a very small company and have very low overhead costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to go back and forth with a few messages just to make sure we're both on the same page as far as what service is needed. for the most jobs I can quote over the phone but anything larger I usually go to the job site to meet the client and see the work at hand of myself. after that I send an email bid and we are off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I joined the Air Force when I was 19 and was working on nuclear missile silos. that was my first experience with facilities maintenance. when I got out I workd for a few property management companies. the last job I had before I went off on my own was a maintenance director overseeing the renovation of nine buildings and 400 units.
