Carson committed to doing the job and I rescheduled my commitments to meet him at my daughter's house. He texted saying he was at Home Depot and would be late. I asked him if he had blue tack because I read in the cat door manual that this would help. He then texted me afterwards and canceled the job saying 'we were not a good fit'. This is highly unprofessional.
