FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. All jobs are unique and priced accordingly. However, I can usually offer a ballpark estimate on site or over the phone with a reasonable amount of information. I will almost always have an exact estimate within 24 hours of meeting on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Call - Onsite review - Estimate - Contract - Perform. Communication, from the initial contact to the start date, is the key to a successful project. You are never "bothering me". It is my job to meet with you and answer as many phone calls as it takes to ensure that we are on the same page before the project begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpenter's Union School 1995 Real Estate License Course 2005 Mold Remediation Course and Certification 2007 Asbestos Supervisor Training and License 2008 Lead Abatement Supervisor Training and License 2010 Other: West Virginia Contractor's License course 2007 Virginia Contractor's License course 2008 *** But the very best training I have had to date was learning from my father and uncle when getting started.
