I needed to cancel work with this provider due to unforeseen circumstances. I cancelled within the time frame specified (well before work was to begin). When I cancelled, I spoke with the Project Manager, Harry, directly who assured me I would receive a refund of the deposit shortly. Several weeks passed and I did not receive a refund; I called the business office and spoke with the woman who answers the phone, she advised she would submit the request a second time. When I did not receive a refund, I called the following week. After several attempts she called back and advised instead of issuing a refund to my credit card, she would mail me a check. Today is nearly 2 weeks since the last conversation and I have not received a check and they are not returning calls. Harry was very friendly, which is why I have been so patient, but their current actions are unacceptable. Needless to say, when I am prepared to have my basement serviced, I will not consider G&J in the future.

We used G&J to waterproof our basement and they did a great job. G&J came out and installed interior french drains and a pump since they did the work we have not had any issues. We recommended them to a few other family members as well.

We had a great experience with G&J Waterproofing they did the work we paid them to do and most important walked us thru the whole job without any hidden cost or problems. It has been almost a year and since we had them here our basement has been bone dry.
