- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Pricing is based on the difficulty and specifics of the project. Easier projects with little obstacles will be priced accordingly, as will more difficult projects with more obstacles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free estimates to local new customers, a small fee for an out of area estimate. Once the walk through is complete and estimate established, I can start the job within days, or at a scheduled date, which ever is best for the customer.
