- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard fees that generally depend on location and details of the job being asked. Each pricing fee includes a CD of digital images for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new clients begins with a complementary consultation which helps me get a better understanding for what exactly the client is looking for. Most people know what they are looking for from the beginning and this helps me understand their thoughts as well, not just my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 9 years of experience and I attended college with a major in Photography.
