- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For basic resume preparation, my cost is $30/hr. For college application essay writing, the cost of my services is negotiable. For other projects, such as marketing planning, speech writing and preparation: $30/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step is our first one hour meeting. If I don't think I can help you I will tell you and not charge you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took graduate courses at Harvard University. I could not work on a graduate degree due to family obligations. In the past 30 years I have been a teacher, award-winning marketer and public relations director, and a licensed nursing home administrator. It's been fun. I was never bored.
