I spoke with Greg from GW Flooring, and he did a good job trying to connect with me after several exchanges of voice mails. We agreed on a time for him to come to my apartment, and even though I was moving out on that day, I made sure to wait around until that time to meet with him. But after waiting for an hour past our agreed-upon time, he never showed. I was still hoping that the job would get done, so I left another voice mail letting him know how to access the apartment and left a check for him. But even after leaving a message asking him to confirm, I have heard nothing from him. So he might have cleaned the carpets, but the lack of communication was unfortunate.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are simply $25 per average size residential room. Stairs and halls can vary. We charge various rates for upholstery, can discuss easier verbally. We offer specials for combination cleaning. And we have absolutely no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call, we assess the customers needs and answer any questions they may have. We give exact quotes ( no hidden fees) and may set up an appointment.
