- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies with the type of event, the length of the presentation and the number of people in the audience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Accomplishing the goals of the client with the even is my #1 priority. I intend to make the organizer a hero with those attending with a stellar event. It is not about me, it is about the client. I talk with the client by telephone as soon as I am hired to personally design the presentation for the event. I touch base with the organizer as within two months of the event to make sure we will make it a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. I am certified as a speaker and coach through Dynamic Communicators International. I have over 35 years experience in public speaking and 30 years of training others.
