- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For events or design work- it starts a quick call/ email, then if were a good pair- a meeting to discuss what you need, budget and brainstorm. Next up creating a pinterest board for inspiration and working together to post ideas, then narrowing it down for a final estimate. Then deciding the final plan and execution after a contract. We take a 50% deposit and balance at completion.
