Owen came today to fix our underground fence. It was installed by another company back in May. Then 8 weeks ago, we had work done on our driveways. The company accidently cut our wire and I placed multiple texts in to the original company who installed our underground fence and I could not get them to come out or book a repair. I was so mad and at a loss on what to do. I found Guard Dog on line and sent a message. They called the next day and in a few days had Owen come out and he repaired it for us in two places. He was a very kind and friendly young man, did a fantastic job, and even took the time to talk with us before he left. I am so glad I found this company! They truly saved us, and I was so pleased they were willing to help us when the initial job was done by another company. Thank you Guard Dog of Greater Pittsburgh. I am most impressed, and please tell Owen's family they should be proud of what a great young man they raised! THANK YOU!!!

1 acre took only 2 hours to install. My dogs were already e-collar trained so training them to this system was very easy. You can never think of all the questions you want to ask so calling dog guard was a very pleasant experience and they were and are very easy and eager to work with. Very satisfied customer. We offer competitive pricing. We offer discounts to all veterans. We offer a one year- interest FREE loan option, as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we get the potential customer's address, we look their address up on google map, we determine a rough estimate of the yard (lot size, 1/2 acre, acre, how many acres, etc) and we give a firm quote right over the phone. Scheduling is then done on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years worth of experience and installation on well over 500 fences.
