FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is situational depending on the customers needs. I do have a standard labor charge of approx $35.00 per hour, again depending on the type of work required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process would be to meet the customer at their home or location in need of repairs to get an idea of what the customer needs repaired, as well as help with any other concerns they might have. I send the customer an estimate for the work discussed. After the customer views the estimate, if I am hired, I work with the schedule of the customer to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in general contracting since the age of 12. My dad owns a company in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota that I was a laborer and helped organize jobs. I also have some schooling in the field from Dunnwoody College in Minnesota.
