In short - this is the best firm for auto accidents and you should call them immediately if you need help with an auto injury. Craig Frischman helped me win a settlement against Monroe Muffler and Brakes when they forgot to screw my lugnuts back on after taking my wheel off. The accident totaled my car and sent me to the emergency room. It was really the first time I ever had to go into the legal system and absolutely nothing made sense. I first asked for lawyer recommendations from my banker and the lawyer he suggested took over a year to "get my medical records" and even then I had to hand deliver them to this guys office after picking them up myself. It was a travesty. Luckily, through good fortune, I met Craig and he agreed to take my case and even though it would probably not pay out an enormous amount he paid the first lawyer to had over the case. From that moment everything changed, Craig had the insurance company on the line in hours and after a week or two we had the first offer. Over the next week Craig kept going back and forth (keeping me in the loop) and doubled the initial amount to a number I was certainly not expecting but was very glad to receive. His staff is phenomenal, his partner Bernie Rizza is a class act, and his law firm took a nightmare and turned it into one of the best things of the year. For any auto accident, call Craig

We are a contigency based firm which means there are no charges unless we win your case. Any consultations (including the first one where we hear your case) are free. Upon successful winning by trial or settlement we will extract a percentage based fee from the payout.
