Dave seems like a nice enough guy, however I set 3 different appointments for him to come out to give me a quote and he did not show up for any of them, nor did he call to inform me that he was not going to make it. After the last appointment he stopped even bothering to return my calls or texts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off im not a salesman. Alot of big box plumbing companies use salesman to sell you on expensive and sometimes unnecessary repairs. I am a honest plumber that is looking to make a name for myself. Most sewers unclogged for 125 i use professional equitment to get it done right the 1st time.
