I needed a crumbling retaining wall removed from my yard and replaced with one of my own general design made of brick with intervals of pupose built fencing. Several other contactors had backed out of the job or procrastinated in bidding it out. Perry Builders quickly sized up the job and were ready to begin work immediately. Perry helped me locate and chose the materials I wanted, and brought skilled and friendly workers in to do the various jobs involved with brisk efficiency. My neighbor, on whose property the construction bordered,was treated with kid gloves, for which I was likewise very grateful.

Standard prices apply to wall painting if the walls are in good shape, Construction is on a per job basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with customer about their needs, and budget. Create a timeline for work. Set accurate bid and benchmarks for staying on budget and time. If the work is outdoors, we will meet with neighbors to explain the work and the timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our builders are fully licensed and registered. Most of them have 20 + years working experience. We employee a designer with degrees in Design and Architecture who worked in New York City for many years.
