Well, you can see the text messages for yourself. We were quoted it'd be a one day job, and here we are weeks later with an unfinished job. Now we have a retaining wall with THREE different types of block (after he said that he could match our existing block) and no cement. My favorite part is the fact when he finally did come to pour the cement I was out there with my neighbors and he DROVE AWAY because he thought we had another contractor there, and then had the nerve to demand the rest of the payment!
Honestly, we understand in life things happen- but the lack of communication was INCREDIBLY frustrating. Furthermore, we got 10% off for paying in cash, yet somehow that warranted sub-par customer service. Not worth the hassle in the long run.
Now, my husband's birthday is in just a few days, and I am left without a cement pad for the pizza oven. This gift that I have been planning for 3 years is now ruined. Thank you.

Chris did not return emails or phone calls after receiving the deposit for the project over two months ago. Have requested refund but as usual no response. Theif.
