Introduction: Yoga, meditation and mindfulness have helped me to live a better life body, mind and spirit. Yoga helps me be physically fit and has aided in injury recovery. All three practices offer me tools to navigate stresses and hardships that come up. They also help me manage symptoms of traumas that I have experienced. Lastly and most importantly yoga, meditation and mindfulness keep me connected to what matters most in life and to live authentically. What I enjoy most about my job is helping my students discover what this practice can offer them. Whether a student's goals are physical, mental and/or spiritual my goal is to help them develop a relationship with Yoga that serves them.
