LoisAnn has been a tremendous asset in my path to lose weight and live a healthier life. Not only that but becoming a better person. The best way to describe what she is to me is life coach. She always has time to discuss everything from diet, personal/business goals and self-worth. Its the little things that separates her from others like sending links to podcasts, articles, books, etc relevant to what we talked about that week or sensing when Im having a down week and checking in with me daily to make sure I stay the course. A very genuine, caring and overall awesome person that Im glad Ive meet at this point in my life.

Let me start by saying ....Lois Ann is a very Intelligent, Kind, Caring & Wonderful Lady!! I have been working with Lois Ann for abut 5 months. I have had several issues that she has very Adequately helped me thru. She gives you her full, undivided, attention and she works hard at finding the Best solution to your problems, regardless of how Big or Small. She has NEVER made me feel like I couldn't achieve the GOAL!! She is a great Encourager, while at the same time holding you Responsible for the "CHOICES" you make. I am SO thankful to have her in my life!!! If you ever get the chance to work with her, I promise you won't be disappointed!!
