Kathy is simply wonderful. We needed a ride for two teachers and four students to attend a computer coding competition and our normal school bus providers could not provide the service. Kathy quickly accommodated our request. Her quote was great and her service was fantastic. Kathy is a genuine person who brightens the world, no matter where she goes and what she does. We are grateful for the encouragement Kathy gave to our middle school students. While waiting for us, Kathy bought us gifts so we collectively could remember the daylong competition. Her final invoice was actually lower than her quote. We as a school and I as an individual are now huge fans of Making Miles Better, LLC. I look forward to the next trip. :-)

Not your typical limousine company...Making Miles Better has always delivered superior, high touch concierge service, whether for personal affairs or corporate travel. They are very professional, punctual and friendly. Kathy cares about her clients and what’s to deliver a positive experience. One example was on my last trip. We were on an executive road show all day and had not stopped for lunch. Kathy took it upon herself to stop for sandwiches while our group was in meeting so that we had an opportunity to eat before the next stop. We will be using Kathy for all of our transportation needs!

I only wish I had known MMB sooner. Kathy and Bill and everyone became literal family and they always took care of us. I never ever had any issues, always got to where I needed to be early, and was always safe. I will never ride with anyone else. Period. Professional. Friendly. Family.

MMB is always on time, vehicles are kept in pristine condition, and most importantly (in my opinion) service is ALWAYS friendly! MMB is our go-to transportation service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a customer requests a ride we check the current market for pricing. We get at least three prices and then match or beat all three. If you have a rate you are a accustomed to paying we can match or beat that also!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everybody is welcome and the process is easy. You tell us when you need us and we will be ready!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our drivers have been approved by the Motor Vehicle Commission of New Jersey after having background checks completed. All drivers carry an official certificate from the State of New Jersey certifying they are qualified chauffeur in the state of New Jersey. Our official license to operate limousines in the state of New Jersey is issued through the borough of North Plainfield and a copy is present in all vehicles.
