Based on this information I'll build a program tailored to you that will map out the incremental steps we'll take until you reach your goals. I work out of Extreme Iron Pro in Plano, TX but if it's more convenient, I can travel to you! My philosophy is simple: physical fitness and overall health is a way of life. Kylie helped me achieve my goals, (getting in shape, losing weight). I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I could see results, early in the process. The 1:1 attention was amazing! She worked with me, making sure that I learned how to lift weights with good form and taught me about the importance of good nutrition. I really appreciated the professionalism that she demonstrated, always being on time, giving me feedback and progress pictures and having a clear plan in helping me reach my goals! Kylie helped me exceed my goals beyond what I thought I could and she made it fun along the way.
