- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a sliding scale based on the type of projects or services that the client is requesting. Prices start as low as $20 an hour. We offer flat rate quotes for larger projects in addition to our hourly pricing rates. We also offer discounted packages of hours for more flexibility. These package hours never expire!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact with a potential client, we schedule a free consultation - this is when we can discuss the project or services needed, while getting to know the client and their individual goals. This is also a chance for the client to get to know New Leaf and learn all the ways the we can help manage your busy lifestyle. Our consultations can be over the phone or in person, whatever the client prefers.

We have worked with a variety of customers that reside all over the DFW metroplex. From individuals to families, busy professionals or aging parents - we tailor our services to fit any individual needs you may have. We also work with pre & post natal mommies, small business owners and many more.
