I've been over to ExperiMac Plano three times -- each one was a pleasant experience. I bought a piece of small hardware (new), I bought a 27" Apple Monitor (used) and I had extra memory installed on my iMac. They are friendly people who know their stuff -- or will work very hard to find the answers.

I had an iMac with a dead power source and an iPad with a shattered screen. They quickly fixed both things with incredibly reasonable prices and very friendly service. I highly recommend them to everyone I know who needs any kind of Apple product repair or replacement.

I had no experience with Apple but knew I wanted a MacBook. Jim took the time to show me the options and should me the model that would suit my needs. He should me what I needed to know to get started and how to migrate to the new MacBook. Jim has helped me over the phone on two occasions after the purchase. I recommend Experimac if want Preowned Apple products at a super good value.
