- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally will charge on an hourly basis but we are not a cookie cutter type Company, we are open to making other options work, example, we do Transfers, daily rates or just a flat rate for a certain job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first want to thank you because we couldn't be in business this long without great customers. We treat every customer like they're our only customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have quarterly training for Drivers to make sure they handle the clients with the care and of course safety. Individually they go through background checks plus have state CDL license which means they have to be responsible in business and personally to keep these license current.
