- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are tailored to meet individual needs. We have weekly service, bi weekly service, monthly service, and one time cleans available. We support our military! If you are a veteran or active duty, please accept our discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we like to meet the client face to face and get a better understanding of what their expectations are surrounding pool service. We then inspect the system, and answer any questions the client has before sending a firm estimate. My goal is to get the stress of pool care off of the client's to do list. I want them to come home, look at their clean pool, and enjoy life. Leave the aquatic work to the Dr!
