Introduction: i,ve been in the buisness since my high school days working with my brothers & are family friend who owned a Floorcoverings store. one thing they did was teach me the right way, in this buisness your only as good as who taught you , i call it old school & USA Borned & raised, for 25 plus yrs i,ve been doing any kind of Floorcoverings & tile work the way it should be done !! so if thats what your looking for i'd be happy to help you out , thks Kay M. It is clean & warm work & what i do looks great when its done , you get to meet alot of good poeple , i, ve traveled all over the nation doing mormon churchs & stake centers ect. That was a great exp. Been able to help alot of friends & family out when they needed help . the photos in my profile is a 65 thousand sq ft house i did up hobble creek & a 2000 sq ft slate job up on hidden vally country club dr. main floor is Indain multi color slate , basement is china multi color, very hard to install but looks GREAT if done right !!!

Kay installed wood flooring in my 2005 sq ft home in Lehi. Some of the flooring had been previously installed,about 30%. I was so impressed with Kay's work, his work ethic, and his skill. He was on time every day, he had ideas to make parts of the job even more professional like adding mitered frames around certain fixed items/openings rather than utilizing metal strips normally used. He managed to perfectly match the existing flooring, when the pad was not available as scheduled by the provider, he coordinated delivery of the pad by the company. They picked it up from their provider and drove it to my home so no time was lost on the installation schedule. Kay did the sawing outside even though he had to manuever around an aggressive rain schedule and keep his power saw dry. He was polite, hardworking, professional, and willing to explain to me what he was doing and why. His statements always made sense to me even thought I have no construction aptitude. I would highly recommend KAY TO ANYONE WANTING AN OUTSTANDING RESULT AND A CRAFTSMAN THAT POSSESSES THE NECESSARY SKILLS AND TEMPERMENT TO WORK IN YOUR HOME. I WAS MOSTED PLEASED AND WOULD ENTHUSIASTICALLY RECOMMEND HIM OR RE-HIRE HIM FOR FUTURE WORK. THANK YOU, PAMELA MURANO, LEHI, UTAH

I recently hired Hole In One (Kay) to put new carpet in my home. He went above and beyond, my home looks beautiful. I am very pleased he did an excellent job, fast and very thorough. He also did a lot of extras that most would not have done, very reasonably priced. My family liked it so well when they are ready they will be calling Kay. From what I've noticed he is very meticulous like he is doing it for himself, and he cleaned up when the job was complete. I would definitely give Kay a excellent referral. Deanne Parry
