I had another company install my garage doors and from day 1 always had trouble getting them to go up and down smoothly. Then Smith Doors was suggested to me to come look at the problem. Found out that they we NOT installed right the first time. Kyle redid the linkage and I have never had a problem with them going up and down since. Would highly recommend having Smith Doors do the work the FIRST TIME! Gayle Broadhead

Quick, efficient, inexpensive. I would send these guys all my garage door service and replacement. I wish all contractors were this easy to deal with. Literally half the price of the first contractor I was going to go with (not associated with Thumbtack). I love Thumbtack too!

Door was not opening and closing properly. Kyle, the service man,detected a defective part inside the opener. He replaced it, and reset the limits on my opener. It works good as new. These guys were friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

For service work and repairs there is a standard pricing. For a full tune up and service to the door the price is $65 Change of gear and sprocket $110 Spring change $160

Research the type of doors that the company installs and look for the quality of the door. That really does matter. Different providers last longer and run better then others. At Smith doors we recommend and use Amarr doors.
