- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 200 USD for two 45 minute sessions a month and unlimited emails and texts in between the sessions. I do offer discounts on a case to case basis depending on the customer's personal situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct an in-depth 90 minute discovery session to explore the client's dreams, values, challenges and strengths. By the end of the call, the client will leave with an increased self awareness of what possibilities lies ahead with clearly identified action items for the client to move forward. Post that, there will be two 45 minute sessions a month, once every 2 weeks. In each of those calls, we will define clear strategies and explore the roadblocks and brainstorm new ideas to help the client get closer to achieving their goals and dreams. Once the client achieves their goals, we can work towards setting new goals or bring the coaching agreement to closure, depending on the client's wishes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a product of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) that is one of the largest coach training organizations in the world. I also hold a post graduate in general management from IIMC (Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta), one of the top business schools in India.
