FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is based on a session, not just per hour. A session includes 55 minutes face-to-face video conference, or telephone call. Unlimited emails between sessions and one "emergency" 10-15 minute phone call between sessions. I typically meet with clients one time per week, therefore a "session" is considered one week. I also offer small group video conferences. If you have a friend you want to pair up for a group session it is for 1hour and 15 minutes at $45.00 per person. Groups are a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary coaching session to meet with a perspective client. For coaching to be successful it is crucial that there be a good match and a solid understanding as to what is expected. Once a rapport has been established and we agree to hire one another I have my client fill out an in-take form so I have a clear idea of what their goals are. The next step is to determine how frequently we will meet and in what way (phone calls, video conference, in person) and finally we both sign a Client/Coach Agreement form and begin an exciting journey together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and Educator. I received my coach training through the Life Coaching Institute of Orange County. LCIOC is an accredited institute recognized by the International Coaching Federation. I frequently attend seminars, workshops and ongoing training sessions to keep my skills fresh and up to date. I graduated from Utah State University with a bachelors degree in education and a minor in psychology. I have attended Master classes in Effective Communication, Agenda Setting and continuing education classes on ethics.
