- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I'll never start working without first giving you a clear and accurate price for the job at hand. There are no hidden fees or upsells, and you can be sure that my costs will be competitive for every job we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A big part of solving a plumbing problem is realizing what the customer needs. I listen in detail to make sure the solution I am providing is the same as what my client wants and that I am on the same page before going ahead with any repairs or new installations. Being available at all hours, working efficiently, and leaving a job site clean are all ways that clients experience my high level of customer service. As true plumbing professional, I have the know-how and the experience to solve your problem as quickly and effectively as possible. I will use my ability to treat your issue like it's my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After I graduated in High School in 1996. I attended Atlantic Technical College in Coconut Creek, Florida, to continue my education and training in plumbing technology Program. After 2 years I graduated and spent another 4 years in PHCC an Apprenticeship program regulated by the plumbing industry. My education and training in my line of work came from the top officials in the plumbing industry.
