Julian did a fantastic job refining our engineered floors. The old floors we very dark and scratched. Thwme veneer was very thin but they we still able to do a full sanding and refinished. Now they look like new for 40 % of a new floor

Julian was great, he took pictures along the way and showed us the progress. The floors look amazing. He had to do some extra work and extra coats which did bring up the cost so it was a little more than we planned to pay but worth it for the good work. He also came back and helped US pint the stairs and railings when we had hired a bad painter and they did a great job.

They did superb work from start to finish! They installed the floor including baseboards and trims. Removing the old tiles and replacing the cracked areas in no time. Julian provides perfect professional work at a fair price. They worked very clean and always on time! I will hire him again in the future and recommend him to my friends.
