- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have multiple packages listed on our website, often the price quoted to our Thumbtack customers is much lower than our advertised price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what our customers are looking for from our business. We listen to the clients' details about their event and how they envision including our services in their event. We discuss everything from the theme of their event, down to the color scheme. We then explain the process of setting up our photo booth and running it for the entirety of their event. Our attendants will be on site for the entire event to help ensure that our client's guests have a great experience!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a love of photography. Having worked for many years in the photography industry as a photo lab tech, this was a great opportunity to work in the photography field while also working with people to make their events fun and memorable!
