- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hera Legal Processing provides various services which causes our prices to fluctuate. If you are looking for a longer term remote paralegal, there would be an hourly rate based on the experience of the paralegal you need. We also offer flat fees or a "per document" fee based on the project we're being asked to complete. The fee will depend on the amount of people needed to get the job done, the amount of time it will take and the complexity of the project itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always thrilled to work with new customers. We listen to what they're looking for and we determine if our business can provide the service they need. We explain our experience handling that type of task and the time frame in which we believe we can complete the job. Once an agreement has been reached, we provide our client with an SLA or engagement letter to be signed by both parties and we get straight to work. It's that simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hera Legal processing, LLC is owned and operated by, sisters, Vanessa and Claudia Socarras. Vanessa received her paralegal certificate from the University of Miami's Paralegal Studies program. She has worked in Bankruptcy for over 8 years and has led, supervised and managed several Bankruptcy departments throughout the years. Claudia received her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and has had nearly 3 years of experience in Bankruptcy. She quickly became a senior paralegal and team lead. Together, there is a combined 10+ years of experience handling Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights and Mortgage Modification Mediation. While our abilities are proven in the Bankruptcy industry, we expect to continue growing and learning different fields of law. We welcome the opportunity to help your firm with excess work and projects, regardless of your practice area.
