FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically tell every customer that ridges, hips, number of stories, material selections, and overall scope of work are often factors that can affect the final price on most projects making it difficult to have a "standard price".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy, quite simple and fun. We will first obtain basic information about their roof, organize an estimate, set up an appointment and then finalize the proposal. Once the customer accepts the final proposal, we then either perform the repair or start the paperwork process for replacements. For roof replacements, our office works on the permit packet while keeping the customer up to date with emails and phone calls every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The president of our company has had his Roofing Contractors License for over 12 years, in addition to a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts. Christine, our Vice President, has her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her master’s degree from Barry University. Our office manager, Ashley, has her bachelor’s degree in public relations and master’s degree in business management from the University of Florida. Everyone has more than 30+ years combined of customer service and/or roofing experience.
