- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First comes to mind when working with new customers is to educate my customers on the issues they're having. Second I assess the situation and provide a treatment plan also talk about preventative measures that can be taken to deter insects from invading homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified operator in lawn and ornamental, certified operator in general household pests control and rodent control, I am also certified in aquatics and right-of-way pest-control. I have basic tree trimming certificate issued by the University of Florida for Broward county. Also have been trained for Green Industries Best Management Practices with certificate
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My company works with a wide variety of clientele including but not limited to residential commercial HOA & condo. Including lawn spraying, fertilization, and weed control. Inside-outside pest-control rodent control, bee removal, aquatics, working with a variety of pest including cockroaches, ants, silverfish, mealybug, millipedes, centipedes, spiders, and more !!!
