- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the breed and size and how of a haircut is involved. I can give an estimate with that information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first speak with a new client I ask questions about the animal...Is it a dog or a cat, what breed it may be, how old they are and if they have any issues that they know of with the grooming process or other animals/people just so I can get an idea of any troubles the animal may have with the process. So it goes as smooth and happy for all involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in a dog and cat kennel when I was 17 and have always been working with them since. I've done boarding and rescue work with all kinds of dogs and cats and have been grooming for about 20 years.
