- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take insurance including BCBS/BCN, ASR, Aetna/Cofinity, Meridian and Tricare out of network. Standard cash rates are $130 for individuals and $140 for couples. Sliding scale is available by request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can simply give us a call, we have receptionists who answer the phone from 8am to 8pm most days per week. We will take your information including address, phone, email, birth date and insurance information and determine what clinician is best suited to meet your needs. We will also ask for a credit card to keep on file for our cancellation policy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our counselors are Licensed Master-Level Social Workers or Professional Counselors
