Ellie is amazing to work with! She made me and all of my girls feel like we were famous. She did my engagement photos as the trial run for my wedding as well. Highly recommend her!

Ellie did my makeup for my wedding and she did an amazing job! She showed me different options and styles and I picked which one I like best. She was there early and was eager to do my make up! I couldn't have asked for a better person to do it!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$75 per person for events such as prom, senior or family photos, etc (includes lashes and touch up bag $75 for brides (includes lashes and touch up bag) $60 for bridesmaids (includes lashes and touch up bags) $50 for mother of bride or groom (includes lashes and touch up bags) $30 for junior bridesmaids $10 for kids 2-12 $0.30 per each mile traveled per trip If the date of the event is less than 2 months away from the date of booking or initial request, there is a $25 convenience fee. I like to schedule two trials: the first being a personal consultation where I can meet the individual, learn their skin type/tone/etc, and find out their preferences while applying makeup; the second I do the individual's makeup exactly like I would the day of the event. This way, on the day of the event, we are comfortable together and the process is much more fun! I charge $25 plus travel for each trial, unless booked. If you decide to book me, you'll pay for the first trial and then pay a deposit of 25% at the second to lock in your date. Lessons and personal consultations are $30 per hour, plus the travel fee.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started playing with and learning how to do makeup when I was in the 8th grade for showchoir. I continued that all 5 years and would do my own makeup and other's makeup for competitions. I started with stage makeup and learned how to tone it down for every day wear. My friends started asking me to do their makeup for dances like prom and their senior pictures. It's been a year since my first wedding, I've done 4 weddings since, and have been booked for 2 more. I've also done personal consultations where I've gone step by step on how to apply makeup/what to use for those individuals.
